1. Orders & Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Arashel.

​

As our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in appearance, colour, texture and presentation may occur. These natural variations are part of the charm of handmade products and do not affect their intended quality.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing and availability as required.

2. Pricing & Payment

​

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.

​

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal.

• PayPal Pay in 4 (subject to PayPal's eligibility and approval requirements).

• Bank deposit – please email us to arrange payment details.

• Cash on delivery for local deliveries.

​

Orders paid by bank deposit will be processed once payment has been received.

​

3. Postage & Delivery

​

Arashel offers postage throughout Australia and internationally.

Australian Orders

​

Postage costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the weight of your order.

International Orders

​

For international orders, Arashel will contact you with a postage quotation before your order is dispatched.

 

Any additional customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

​

International orders are subject to destination restrictions and postage availability.

​

Local Delivery & Collection

​

We are pleased to offer:

• Free local delivery (select this option at checkout).

• Collection from our gift shop at Limestone, Victoria, by appointment.

​

Please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

​

Arashel is a small handmade business, and every order is carefully prepared and packaged with love.

We aim to have standard orders packaged and dispatched within 7 business days of receiving payment.

​

Please note that custom orders, personalised products and larger orders may require additional preparation time. Estimated timeframes will be discussed and confirmed with you when your order is placed.

​

During particularly busy periods, market weekends or seasonal demand, dispatch times may occasionally be longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

​

Please remember that dispatch time is separate from postage transit time. Once your order has been handed to the postal carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.

​

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

​

As a small handmade business, we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, this policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or does not meet the consumer guarantees required by law, please contact us so we can discuss an appropriate resolution.

6. Custom Orders & Personalised Products

​

We love creating special, personalised products for our customers, including candles, hampers and gift boxes.

​

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and commence all custom orders.

​

Please contact us by email to discuss your requirements, personalisation, pricing and timeframes.

The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or collection, unless otherwise agreed.

Personalised products are made specifically to your requirements. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted; however, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

7. Product Information & Use

​

We take great care in selecting ingredients and preparing our handmade products.

​

Please read product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients for any known sensitivities or allergies.

​

Where appropriate, we recommend patch testing skincare products before regular use.

​

Please follow all product instructions and safety recommendations, particularly for candles and other products requiring special care.

​

8. Website Information & Errors

​

We make every effort to ensure that all information, descriptions, photographs and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Occasionally, errors or omissions may occur. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy, depending on the circumstances.
