At Arashel, we take care when preparing and packaging every order. Whether you're ordering a little something for yourself or choosing a special gift for someone else, we'll do our best to get it to you safely and promptly.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE POSTAGE

 

We are happy to post our handmade products Australia-wide.

​

Postage costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the total weight of your order, making it easy to see your postage cost before completing your purchase.

​

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

 

We love sharing Arashel beyond Australia!

​

For international orders, please contact us with your order requirements. We will obtain a postage quotation and contact you with the cost before arranging dispatch.

​

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. International postage is also subject to destination restrictions and availability.

If you're local to the Yea and surrounding area, we offer FREE local delivery!

Simply select the free local delivery option at checkout.

​

For local deliveries, cash on delivery is also welcome.

GIFT SHOP COLLECTION

 

Prefer to collect your order?

 

You're welcome to arrange collection from our gift shop at Limestone, Victoria.

Please select the collection option at checkout and contact us to arrange an appointment before coming to collect your order.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

 

Arashel is a small handmade business, and every order is carefully prepared and packaged with love.

 

We aim to have standard orders packaged and dispatched within 7 business days of receiving payment.

 

Custom orders, personalised products and larger orders may require additional preparation time. Estimated timeframes will be discussed and confirmed with you when your order is placed.

 

During particularly busy periods, market weekends or seasonal demand, dispatch times may occasionally be longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

 

Please remember that dispatch time is separate from postage transit time.

Once your order has been handed to the postal carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our direct control.

If your parcel appears delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
