Enjoying your Arashel products with care.
At Arashel, we take pride in creating handmade products and offering carefully selected farm produce using ingredients and materials chosen with care.
Whether you're enjoying our natural skincare, handmade soaps, soy candles, wax melts or farm-kitchen goodies, we want you to get the very best from your purchase.
A little care and attention will help you store, use and enjoy your Arashel products safely.
1. SKINCARE & BODY PRODUCTS
Our handmade skincare and body products are created with care using carefully selected ingredients.
-
Always read the ingredient list before using a new product.
-
We recommend performing a patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
-
Discontinue use if irritation, redness or discomfort occurs.
-
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
-
For external use only, unless otherwise specified.
-
Keep products out of reach of young children.
Everyone's skin is different, and even naturally derived ingredients may cause sensitivities or reactions in some individuals.
2. TALLOW BALMS & NATURAL SKINCARE
Our tallow-based products are made with carefully selected ingredients and are designed for external skincare use.
-
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
-
Avoid leaving products in hot cars or other areas exposed to excessive heat.
-
Natural oils and butters may soften or change consistency with temperature fluctuations.
-
Always use clean, dry hands or a clean applicator when handling products.
-
Keep lids securely closed between uses.
As these products contain natural fats and oils, changes in texture may occur with temperature variations.
3. MAGNESIUM PRODUCTS
Our magnesium balms and sprays are intended for external use.
-
Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.
-
Do not apply to broken, irritated or freshly shaved skin.
-
A tingling sensation may occur with some magnesium products, particularly on sensitive skin.
-
Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort persists.
-
Wash hands after application.
Please read individual product instructions before use.
4. HANDMADE SOAPS
To help your handmade soaps last longer:
-
Allow soap to dry between uses.
-
Store on a well-draining soap dish rather than leaving it sitting in water.
-
Keep away from direct streams of water when not in use.
-
Store unused soaps in a cool, dry place.
Proper drying and storage will help prevent your soap from becoming soft and dissolving too quickly.
5. PRODUCT STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Our products are made in small batches, and we take care to label products appropriately.
For best results:
-
Follow the storage instructions provided with each product.
-
Keep products away from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight unless otherwise specified.
-
Keep containers closed when not in use.
-
Observe any use-by or best-before dates displayed on product labels.
Please do not use products beyond their stated use-by date.
6. SOY CANDLES & SOY WAX MELTS
Our handmade soy candles and wax melts are lovingly prepared to bring warmth, fragrance and a little enjoyment into your home.
SOY CANDLE CARE & SAFETY
-
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
-
Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains and other flammable materials.
-
Always place candles on a stable, level and heat-resistant surface.
-
Keep away from draughts and open windows.
-
Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use.
-
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn, following the recommended burning time on the candle label.
-
Do not move a candle while the wax is hot or liquid.
-
Keep the melted wax pool free from matches, wick trimmings and other debris.
-
Never burn a candle for longer than the recommended time stated on its label.
-
Discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.
SOY WAX MELT CARE & SAFETY
Our soy wax melts offer a lovely way to fragrance your home without a traditional candle wick.
-
Use only in a suitable wax melt warmer designed for this purpose.
-
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for your warmer.
-
Never leave a switched-on warmer unattended.
-
Keep warmers away from children, pets and flammable materials.
-
Place warmers on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
-
Never add water to melted wax.
-
Allow the wax to cool and solidify before removing it from the warmer.
-
Never attempt to remove or handle hot liquid wax.
-
Do not add fragrance oils or other substances to the melted wax.
STORING YOUR CANDLES & WAX MELTS
